We do not offer refunds. All sales are final once placed. However we offer exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange you will need proof of purchase (receipt). All items must have original tags attached, must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and tags with no damage, odour or stains.
You have 30 days to exchange your items. Unfortunately once that time frame has been exceeding you are no longer eligible for an exchange.
You will be responsible to pay your own shipping fee when exchanging your item(s). All shipping costs are non-refundable.
When exchanging your item(s), we recommend you use a trackable shipping method to monitor your package. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
